BZD SERIES · PILLAR-MOUNTED JIB CRANE
BZD回转旋臂起重机
Flexible Workstation Lifting Within a Defined Operating Radius
The BZD slewing jib crane provides localized lifting coverage for assembly, production, loading and maintenance workstations.
Its pillar-mounted structure supports a horizontal jib arm that allows the hoist and suspended load to move within a defined operating radius.
Lifting capacity, arm length, hook height, slewing range, hoisting system and foundation interface are configured around the actual working area.
CAPACITY
0.25–5 t
JIB ARM LENGTH
2–8 m
SLEWING RANGE
180° / 270° / 360°
HOISTING SYSTEM
Wire Rope Hoist
Typical reference range. Final parameters are subject to the load, jib arm length, slewing range, operating duty, foundation conditions and engineering confirmation.

WORKSTATION COVERAGE
Configure the Operating Radius Around the Workstation
Unlike an overhead or gantry crane that covers a long runway, a slewing jib crane serves a defined working area around a fixed pillar.
The jib arm length, slewing angle, hook approach and lifting height are coordinated with the workstation, surrounding equipment, building clearances and operator access.
- Operating radius selected around the required work area
- Slewing range confirmed from site clearances
- Inner and outer hook approaches reviewed for the load path
- Machine, wall, rack and operator-route interfaces considered
BZD SYSTEM STRUCTURE
A Pillar-Mounted Lifting System Engineered for the Workstation
The pillar, rotating jib arm, hoisting unit, trolley, slewing mechanism and electrical controls are selected as one coordinated workstation lifting system.
The final design depends on the load, arm length, lifting height, slewing range, operating frequency and available mounting conditions.
- Vertical supporting pillar and base plate
- Horizontal slewing jib arm
- Electric wire rope hoist
- Manual or powered slewing mechanism
- Slewing stop and limit arrangement where required
- Power supply, controls and foundation interface
FOUNDATION AND MOUNTING REVIEW
The foundation or supporting floor must be reviewed for crane base reactions, overturning moment, anchor-bolt arrangement and site conditions. Foundation-design responsibility and civil-work scope should be confirmed before production.

CRANE CONFIGURATION SELECTION
Is a BZD Slewing Jib Crane Right for Your Workstation?
BZD MAY BE SUITABLE WHEN:
- Lifting is required within a defined workstation radius
- Loads move between nearby machines or work areas
- A compact independent lifting structure is preferred
- The foundation can support the pillar reactions and moment
- Capacity, arm length and duty are within the verified range
CONSIDER ANOTHER CONFIGURATION WHEN:
- The load must travel along the full length of a workshop
- Several workstations require continuous shared coverage
- A wall-mounted jib crane better suits the available structure
- The required load or arm length exceeds the verified range
- The floor cannot support the required foundation and moment
常见问题
Please provide the required capacity, jib arm length, lifting height, slewing range, operating frequency, hoisting preference, installation location and available foundation or floor details.
A jib crane provides localized lifting coverage around a fixed pillar or support. An overhead crane travels along a runway and covers a larger rectangular working area.
A 360-degree slewing arrangement may be available according to the crane structure, electrical supply and site clearances. The final slewing range requires engineering confirmation.
The mounting structure must be reviewed for vertical loads, horizontal forces and overturning moment. A dedicated foundation or reinforced floor area may be required according to the crane configuration and site conditions.
Manual or powered slewing may be considered according to the capacity, arm length, operating frequency and required load control. Availability depends on the confirmed product design.
Outdoor configurations can be reviewed according to wind, rain, temperature, corrosion and electrical-protection requirements. Parking and slewing-restraint arrangements may also be required.
